Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

1. Canceling or Rescheduling in Advance

  • Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

  • To cancel or reschedule, use the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

  • Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed within 5–10 business days.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time is not possible.

  • In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the session fee will not be refunded or credited.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

  • The satisfaction guarantee applies only to completed sessions. Refunds will not be issued under the satisfaction guarantee for cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows.

4. Technical Difficulties

  • If technical issues arise on your end and prevent the session from starting, it will be treated as a no-show. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a functional device.

  • If I encounter technical difficulties that prevent the session from occurring, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Emergencies

  • If an unforeseen emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible at alyssa@englishwithalyssa.com. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
