Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
1. Canceling or Rescheduling in Advance
Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
To cancel or reschedule, use the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed within 5–10 business days.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time is not possible.
In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the session fee will not be refunded or credited.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
The satisfaction guarantee applies only to completed sessions. Refunds will not be issued under the satisfaction guarantee for cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows.
4. Technical Difficulties
If technical issues arise on your end and prevent the session from starting, it will be treated as a no-show. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a functional device.
If I encounter technical difficulties that prevent the session from occurring, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Emergencies
If an unforeseen emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible at alyssa@englishwithalyssa.com. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
