I am committed to providing high-quality, personalized English lessons that meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, I offer the following guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your first session—whether it’s a speaking skills class, trial class, or interview coaching session—I will refund the session fee in full.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The satisfaction guarantee applies only to your first class.

    • Refunds are limited to one session per student.

  2. Requesting a Refund:

    • To request a refund, you must contact me within 48 hours after the session.

    • Refund requests must include specific feedback explaining why the session did not meet your expectations.

  3. Scope:

    • This guarantee applies only to the quality of the coaching session, speaking lesson, or trial class. It does not cover outcomes beyond the session, such as admissions decisions or fluency improvement over time.

  4. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  5. Non-Transferable:

    • The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the individual who booked the session.
